The queen room was actually all I needed. The bed was comfortable. Surprisingly, I rarely heard plane traffic when settled in my room. They also provide ear plugs, which is a nice touch, but I never needed to use them. Two pets are allowed for the same one time fee, which was perfect. The hotel has plenty of accommodations. I enjoyed the hotel bar and Starbucks on site. The bar staff was nice enough to open a bottle of wine I had in the room. The hotel is right off the expressway so although downtown is about 20-45 minutes away, depending on traffic, it is still pretty easy to get to the different parts of Toronto. Overall, the hotel staff was very nice and I enjoyed my stay even though this hotel was not my first choice

Hotel is very nice and comfortable, including swimming pool and gym. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also good, eggs, bacon, fruits, jogurt...just vegetables was missing. The location is very near the airport so it was easy and fast to get to Toronto Downtown (shuttle to the airport and then by train). On the other hand there was noise from the planes and the surrounding was nothing special. But this is not critics, we were aware of that, just saying.

The shuttle to the airport was amazing and saved so much time and money and the driver was so helpful and knowledgeable about where our terminal was etc. the room was very clean the bed was so comfortable There was tiny toothpaste and a toothbrush complimentary in the room which saved my husband from not having one because he forgot. He used it for our whole week in Dominican The staff congratulated us on our wedding and asked if we needed any room service for the evening.

It was convenient. We needed to stay near the airport to pick up a rental vehicle the morning after we arrived. Staff was kind and accommodating. They put my little fish cooler in the freezer overnight. Promptly got a taxi when we needed one. Breakfast was good. My guys went for the hearty breakfast buffet and enjoyed every bite. We would stay there again. It is a good transition spot.

One of the standout features was the complimentary shuttle service to the airport, which was incredibly convenient and punctual, making our travel experience stress-free.
